Shipping is $8.95 for each order, or GET FREE SHIPPING WITH PURCHASE OF $75 OR MORE.

Items will ship from my Bend Oregon location within one week of purchase; items will be shipped via USPS, with tracking number.

Live in Bend or Redmond? Skip the shipping fees and select FREE DROP-OFF and I'll personally deliver your items straight to your porch!

Please note: I cannot guarantee delivery in time for the holidays, so order early to avoid disappointment!

Items may be returned within 30 days after purchase or 15 days after delivery.

Please, please, pretty please refer to the SIZING INFO listed on each individual item's page before purchasing, as this will cut down on a lot of potential issues on both our ends.

To initiate a return or exchange, use this contact form and let me know what the issue is.

A pre-paid USPS mailing label will then be emailed to you; simply package up the item to return/exchange and send it my way.

Once your return is processed, you'll be refunded the amount paid for the returned item minus a 10% fee to cover my stocking expenses

If a REFUND, your money will be refunded to the card/account used to place the initial order

If an EXCHANGE, your new size will be shipped out once I receive the original item back.

NOTE: Worn/used items may NOT be returned. Your payment won't be refunded if there is obvious wear and tear.
