1. About these terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Furbaby Fashion (the “Service”), operated by Global Healing Project Ltd. By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. The service

Furbaby Fashion provides AI-powered colour season analysis for pets and generates fashion imagery based on that analysis. The Service includes:

• Pet photo upload and AI colour analysis.
• AI-generated fashion and accessory imagery.
• Downloadable lookbooks and colour analysis cards.
• A public gallery of pet colour analyses.
• Email communications including weekly style inspiration.

3. Account and access

You may begin using the Service as an anonymous user. To unlock full features (colour palette, image generation), you must verify your email address. By verifying, you create an account and receive free credits.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must not share your access or use the Service on behalf of others without their consent.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Upload images that are not of real pets or domestic animals.
• Upload inappropriate, explicit, violent, or NSFW content.
• Attempt to circumvent moderation, rate limits, or credit systems.
• Use the Service to generate content that infringes third-party rights.
• Scrape, crawl, or bulk-download content from the Service.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Credits and payments

The Service operates on a credit system. Free credits are granted upon email verification. Additional credits and subscriptions may be purchased via Stripe.

• Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.
• Purchased credits do not expire.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us within 14 days of purchase.
• Subscription billing recurs monthly until cancelled.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account or via the billing portal.

6. Intellectual property

Your content

You retain ownership of the pet photos you upload. By uploading, you grant us a licence to process, store, and display your photos as necessary to provide the Service (including the public gallery, if enabled).

Generated content

AI-generated images are created for your personal, non-commercial use. You may share them on social media with attribution to Furbaby Fashion. Commercial use of generated images requires written permission.

Our content

The Furbaby Fashion name, logo, design, and original content are owned by Global Healing Project Ltd. You may not use our branding without permission.

7. Public gallery

Pets with completed analyses are made public by default and may appear in the gallery. You can set any pet to private at any time. Public pets may be viewed by anyone, including non-registered visitors. We may feature public pet profiles in marketing materials or social media.

8. AI-generated content disclaimer

All colour analysis and fashion imagery is generated by artificial intelligence. Results are for entertainment purposes and should not be considered professional colour consulting advice. AI-generated images may not perfectly represent your pet and are stylised artistic interpretations.

9. Watermarks

Images generated with free credits include a Furbaby Fashion watermark. Purchased credits or an active subscription produce unwatermarked images. Removing or obscuring watermarks from free-credit images is prohibited.

10. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Global Healing Project Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Availability

We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. You may request account deletion by emailing hello@furbaby.fashion. We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the site. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
